We can give you a rough estimate over the phone but we prefer to meet you in person if possible. We will take only 15 minutes at a time that is convenient to you. This way, you get to know the owners and feel comfortable. We get to see your home, meet you and will get to hear directly all the things that are important to you. We will then know exactly what it will take to clean your home and make you happy. We have found over the years, that this is the best way to ensure 100% satisfaction.

For sanitary reasons we ask that you provide the cleaning liquids (Windex, Clorox Cleanup, etc.), paper towels, trash bags, carpet vacuum and a mop. Clean Florida will provide all other equipment necessary to complete the service.
For Commercial and Move Out cleanings, Clean Florida typically provides all necessary items to perform the service.
Residential cleaning is done Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to approximately 4:00 pm. We will find a day and time that works for you and that will be your day and time going forward.
Commercial and Move Out cleaning can be done on the weekends as well.
It’s not necessary for you to be present for the cleaning. In fact, the job can be easier when the home is empty.
Clients trust us with their keys, garage codes or door codes to come and go on cleaning day. We will work with you to find a solution that is comfortable for you.
Commercial cleaning is typically provided after working hours. Clean Florida will work with management on the best way to access your facility.
